How to print using Papercut
How to send print job to Papercut All Forsyth Tech employee devices are pushed a printer named "Forsyth Tech Print Gateway" seen below: '' Any print job sent to this queue can be printed at any Bizhub on any campus. Jobs can be released at the Bizhub using your OneCard, Mobile OneCard, Techlink credentials, or on the web portal (https://print.forsythtech.edu/). If you need your OneCard or want to add your Mobile OneCard to your phone, click the link below for guides on setup: https://its.forsythtech.edu/support/solutions/folders/10000083879 Releasing your print job at Bizhub When you send a print job to the Forsyth Tech Print Gateway, the job is waiting to be released at any Bizhub. To release the job at the printer, you can use your OneCard or Mobile OneCard (or account credentials) to release the job. Below is a video on how to use your OneCard at the printer: When you are done releasing your print job, make sure to click the logout button in the top right of the Bizhub's panel, seen below:

How to add a non-Bizhub printer to your device
Papercut allows you to add any non-Bizhub printer in the building your office is in. To add a printer, open the "Papercut Print Deploy Client" from the task tray as seen below: When the client is open, you should see a list of printers under the "Add Printers" tab. When you click "Add Printer," Papercut will add the printer to your device and allow you to select it as a printer for any application. ' After adding the printer, you should see a confirmation at the bottom of the Print Deploy client and you should see it in your list of printers with the same name.

How to setup a PIN code for your Papercut account
Go to https://print.forsythtech.edu, then navigate to the "Change Details" tab on the left hand side: From that screen, you can add a PIN code to add an extra layer of security for your print job.
