1. Login to the Forti voice Portal (https://voice.forsythtech.edu/voice/VoiceLogin.html) 2. Out of the options to select, Select Contact   3. Now to add a contact, click the + symbol 4. Once you click the + symbol, this screen will appear, which is where you will enter all of the person's information 5. Once you hit create, it will create and populate the contact ***If you want to make the contact a favorite, click the star next to their display name

If you wish to change it, you may visit voice.forsythtech.edu and sign in using your TechID (without the @forsythtech.edu) and usual password.  Click on the Preferences button.  Once in Preferences, click on Change Voicemail PIN... Then you will be prompted to enter the existing PIN number and choose a new one. Enter a new one, then click OK.
