1. Open the VMware Horizon Client icon. 2. Open vdi-acad-vcon01.forsythtech.edu. 3. Right click on the virtual machine. From the pop-up menu, select Reset Desktop. 4. Wait approximately 5-10 minutes before trying to reconnect to the virtual machine. Note: On reconnect, the following message will appear if the reset has not been completed. "All available desktop sources for this desktop are currently busy. Please try connecting to this desktop again later, or contact your system administrator”.

1. Open the VMware Horizon Client icon.   2. Open vdi-acad-vcon01.forsythtech.edu. 3. Right click on the virtual machine. From the pop-up menu select Settings. 4. Go to the Display. Click on the drop-down arrow and select Custom. (Do NOT use the Windows - Large option) 5. Move the sliding over to the left to 1152 x 864 or smaller.
