Technical Considerations for IMS (SuiteMed) Access:
Users have been attempting to access IMS (SuiteMed) simultaneously from multiple PCs using the same credentials. The system does not support this, which will result in connection errors.
To avoid confusion, instructors and department managers have been advised that each set of IMS (SuiteMed) credentials (e.g., suitemed1/Student1) can only be used on one PC at a time.
To facilitate easier access, SuiteMed usernames have been placed on top of the PC towers; as far as AIOs are concerned, the asset tag has been placed on the rear top. In the event of a login conflict, we have a technical solution that involves modifying the registry.
