You will have received an email with an invitation link to create your BlackBaud account. On the Academic Works webpage, click on Sign In and then click References and Reviewers:

As seen above, click Continue with your Blackbaud ID and Sign Up.

Sign up using the same email address you received the invitation email to. 

You should now be able to complete your reference.
