Schedule a Teams meeting from Outlook

1. Sign in to Outlook Online - https://techmail.forsythtech.edu


2. Select the Calendar icon to view your calendar.

3. Select the New Event button

4. Select the Teams Meeting button.

5. Enter a meeting title.


6. Invite your meeting attendees using their email address. Note: You can invite external people outside of Forsyth Tech by entering their email.


7. Optional: Add a meeting description. Note: The information needed to join the meeting will be automatically added when you send the invite.


8. Select Send when you are finished to send the invite.
