Error Fix: "A contact group with that name already exists." (Delete Former Employees)

1. Select the RELATIONSHIPS tab.

2. Find the contact record that looks similar to the one below:

3. Right click the contact and choose "Remove from Contacts List".

4. Select the GROUPS tab.

5. Right click the contact group that starts with SIP:XXXXXXXXXX. Choose Delete Group.

6. Select the Settings "Gear".

7. Choose File > Exit.

8. Re-open Skype for Business. Done!
